Phase 01 | Strategic Discovery & Project Consultation
Every successful project begins with a discovery call. Whether you prefer a virtual Zoom consultation, a phone call, or a detailed digital message, we want to hear your vision. We’ll dive into your project requirements, answer your technical questions, and gather the essential details needed to draft a custom project proposal and service contract for your review.
Phase 02 | Creative Strategy & Mood Boarding
Once we’ve kicked off, our brand strategy team develops a curated mood board to establish your design aesthetic and overall "vibe." This phase ensures complete conceptual alignment on the visual direction. We refine these initial styles based on your feedback before moving into the high-fidelity drafting and design stages.
Phase 03 | Identity Design & UI/UX Layouts
For Branding: We begin the logo design process, which includes three comprehensive rounds of drafting. Each round presents seven unique brand concepts, allowing us to refine your visual mark until it is perfect.
For Web Design: We present two high-converting landing page layouts, focusing on user interface (UI) design. From there, we tweak the typography and spatial flow until the design is ready for the development stage.
Phase 04 | Brand Systems & Web Development
Upon final approval of your primary logo, color palette, and typography, we produce a comprehensive brand style guide. This manual includes usage instructions, custom patterns, and unique iconography.
For web development, we take your organized content and integrate it into a cohesive, responsive website architecture. We ensure consistent styling across all pages before presenting a "nearly-finished" site for final refinements.
Phase 05 | Launch & Marketing Integration
It’s time to go live. We deliver your high-resolution brand assets and style guide, ready for use in all your digital marketing efforts. We also provide matching business card designs and social media kits to ensure a professional look on and off-line.
For our website launches, you’ll receive specialized training for WordPress and your customized Divi theme, empowering you to make updates easily. Ongoing website maintenance and technical support are always available upon request.
